At ROYAL LogiX, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet our clients' expectations. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.
Eligible for Refund
Refunds may be issued in the following cases:
- Project Not Started: Full refund if the project has not begun and no work has been done
- Service Not Delivered: Full or partial refund if we fail to deliver the agreed services
- Major Quality Issues: Partial refund if deliverables significantly deviate from agreed specifications and cannot be rectified
- Duplicate Payment: Full refund for accidental duplicate payments
Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:
- Work Completed: Once the project is completed and delivered as per specifications
- Change of Mind: Client decides not to proceed after work has begun
- Delayed Client Response: Project delayed due to client not providing required materials or feedback
- Third-Party Issues: Issues caused by third-party services, hosting, or integrations
- Approved Milestones: Work that has been reviewed and approved by the client
- Custom Development: Custom code, designs, or solutions created specifically for the client
Refund Timeline

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at buildanyproject@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request"
- Include your project name, payment details, and reason for refund
- Attach any relevant documentation or communication
- We will review your request within 3-5 business days
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, we encourage open communication to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair solution for both parties. In case of unresolved disputes, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action.
