1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by ROYAL LogiX AI Digital Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

ROYAL LogiX provides the following services:

  • Web Development (Websites, Web Applications, SaaS)
  • Mobile App Development (Flutter, Kotlin, Android)
  • AI Automation (Workflows, Chatbots, Integration)
  • Digital Marketing (SEO, Social Media, PPC)
  • Office Solutions (Excel, PowerPoint, Documentation)
  • Branding & Design (Logo, Identity, UI/UX)

3. Project Engagement

All projects begin after:

  • Written agreement or contract signing
  • Receipt of initial payment (as per agreed terms)
  • Submission of required project materials

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as follows:

  • 50% advance payment before project commencement
  • Remaining 50% upon project completion (before final delivery)
  • For ongoing services, monthly payments are due within 7 days of invoice
  • All payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for the deliverables transfer to the client, except for third-party components, libraries, or frameworks used in the project. ROYAL LogiX reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete project requirements
  • Timely feedback and approvals during development
  • Providing necessary content, images, and credentials
  • Ensuring legal rights to use provided materials

7. Revisions & Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds (typically 2-3). Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the original agreement will be quoted separately and charged accordingly.

8. Limitation of Liability

ROYAL LogiX shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
